Group TUNEXX begins its first comeback with its 2nd mini album, proving its stronger team synergy.
Tunex (Donggyu, Inhu, Tyra, Seongjun, Xeon, Sihwan, Arctic) will make an official comeback after 6 months by releasing their second mini album ‘BLUE MODE’ through various online music sites at 6 PM on the 2nd.
‘BLUE MODE’ is an album that tells the story of seven members with the same frequency discovering their deepest, bluest selves. Members Donggyu, Inhu, Tyra, Zeon, and Sihwan directly participated in writing the lyrics, deeply conveying Tunex’s honest narrative. Tunex, who showed a free and bold attitude in their previous debut mini album ‘SET BY US ONLY’, conveys the confidence and joy of seven youths who are on track as ‘us’ in this 2nd mini album.
The title song of the same name, ‘BLUE MODE’, is a hip-hop style song with a hybrid composition that combines Tunex’s groovy vocals and rap with a soft yet heavy track. Tunex compared the moment of finally encountering honest emotions to a dark and blue night.
The music video for the title song ‘BLUE MODE’, which is released simultaneously with the sound source, contains a story where members with similarities to each other are connected as ‘us’ and feel a sense of freedom and liberation. Tunex expresses the moments of youth that are not just sparkling, but shaky and anxious, but beautiful in themselves, with each person's individuality. The entire episode was filmed with a film camera, showing Tunex's youthful energy in more vivid textures and colors.
