IST Entertainment's new boy group TUNEXX presented a successful debut stage at the showcase.
Tunex (Donggyu, Inhu, Tyra, Seongjun, Zeon, Sihwan, Arctic) released their first mini album 'SET BY US ONLY' on the 3rd, and held a fan showcase to commemorate their debut on the same day at Yes24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.
Through the fan showcase, Tunex performed their debut title song 'Proof that I'm Alive' for the first time in front of their fans, the album intro track '100%', and the SBS drama 'From Today I'm Human' OST 'One Last Chance', in which they participated as a complete group before their debut.
Even though it was their first performance, the Tunex members strongly impressed the public with their extraordinary confidence and energy, demonstrating that they were “proof that I am alive.” In particular, the powerful performance and sophisticated groove caught the eye. Tunex's strong chemistry and hip charm were displayed throughout the stage, proving high expectations.
In addition, they showed off their diverse spectrum from the first day of their debut with the stages of '100%', which contains aspirations and individuality, and 'One Last Chance', which stands out with youthful vocals.
As this was Tunex's first meeting with fans, the members actively communicated at the fan showcase that day by directly introducing various behind-the-scenes details such as their debut process and dorm life. The profile written by Tunex was also revealed for the first time, and various K-POP dance challenge corners such as 'Proof that I am alive', 'Eve', 'BANG BANG', 'Siren', and 'WHERE YOU AT' also received enthusiastic responses from fans.
Through the showcase, Tunex expressed their determination to begin full-fledged activities and their thoughts about their debut. Jeon said, "I will continue to work harder as I have done so far to repay my fans and grow continuously," and Dong-gyu said, "I am happy and grateful that I have been rewarded for the long days of practice. I am looking forward to the new journey ahead."
Sungjun then said, "It was great to be able to debut in front of the fans. We will not be complacent and move forward," and Sihwan promised, "As this is just the beginning, we will prove that we are a group with infinite potential with our own frequency that is not defined as the group Tunex." Inhu said, “There were so many days, but they were all for today. I will repay you with a good performance.”
The foreign members also expressed their feelings about their debut in fluent Korean. Artic said, "Thank you for always supporting me. I don't think I'll ever forget this moment. I will work hard to become an even better artist." Tyra said, "It's already been 4 years since I came to Japan with the dream of debuting, but seeing the fans today made me so happy that all the difficult memories from the past disappeared. I will create a good stage in the future."
Meanwhile, 'SET BY US ONLY' is an album filled with Tunex's unique senses and emotions, and has been attracting attention from K-POP fans around the world, rising to real-time trends on various SNS immediately after its release.
