Rookie boy group TUNEXX announces its debut with a hip-hop-based title song featuring TUNEXX's unique colors.
Tunex (Donggyu, Inhu, Tyra, Seongjun, Xeon, Sihwan, Arctic) released the highlight medley video of their first mini album ‘SET BY US ONLY’ through their official SNS and YouTube channels at midnight on the 26th.
This video contains excerpts from a total of four songs, including the title song ‘Proof that I’m Alive’, ‘100%’, ‘Obsessed’, and ‘Twenty Something’. The combination of energetic vocals and rhythmic development gave a glimpse of Tunex's direction.
The title song ‘Proof that I’m Alive’ is a hip-hop-based track with electronic elements, and it harmonizes rap and melody parts on a sophisticated sound. Members Donggyu, Zeon, and Sihwan participated in writing lyrics and added strength to the message. Witty lyrics such as “Bite, tear, taste yum yum” and “Now the time is my time” also catch attention.
In addition, ‘100%’, which contains the determination for debut, ‘Obsessed’, which has a groovy atmosphere, and ‘Twenty Something’, which is based on a band sound that embodies the meaning of leap, are included, capturing various moods.
‘SET BY US ONLY’ was produced by composer Choi Gyu-seong, a former member of ‘Hit Song Maker’ Black Eyed Pilseung. In addition, Donggyu, Zeon, and Sihwan participated in writing lyrics for the title songs ‘Proof that I Am Alive’ and ‘100%’, showing off the team’s colors.
Tunex’s first mini album ‘SET BY US ONLY’ will be released on various online music sites at 6 PM on March 3.
Meanwhile, Tunex is continuing its debut fever with various teasing content, and will release the first episode of its first reality show ‘My First Time’ through its official YouTube channel at 7 PM on this day.
